How to use the TikTok Creator Marketplace to launch a TikTok influencer campaign

TikTok is available in over 150 countries, has over 1 billion users, and has roughly 60 million users in the United States alone (see a full breakdown of TikTok statistics here). TikTok Creator Marketplace

TikTok launched their Creator Marketplace a few months ago. We’ve been using it and getting incredible results with it, so we thought we’d give everyone a peek behind the curtain…

If you navigate to https://creatormarketplace.tiktok.com you’ll see the landing page for the platform. As TikTok states, their marketplace is “The official platform for brand and creator collaborations on TikTok.”

When you first log in, this is what you see:

From there you can start filtering the creators you want to work with based on your campaign strategy/goals. You can dive in to their country, topics they cover, their reach size, or even the demographics of their followers.


If you click on a creator/influencer, TikTok provides an array of data about that person. High level performance data about their posts is immediately available. Everything from average views per post, likes, comments, shares, etc. It even calculates an engagement rate so you don’t have to pull out your calculator!

Scroll down and TikTok gives you insights into the Audience Demographics of that creator/influencer. These include gender, age, usage, and device type.


Scroll down further and get more insights into location, follower growth, and engagement rate over time.


Once you’re ready to select a creator, you can message them within the Creator Marketplace. You can include all relevant information about your campaign, product/service, sponsorship fee, and more.
